Reservation Policies

Full payment is required to confirm your booking at Hostal Nancy.

Change and cancellation policy:

All cancellations must be notified at least 15 days prior to the arrival date and a refund of the sum already paid will be made. (Note: That Hostal Nancy will charge a 5% for administrative costs).

Changes on reservation will be made without additional charge, as long as there is availability and only if guests ask at least 15 days in advance.

To make any changes it is necessary to send the request in writing by e-mail. In case of a fare difference for the new date, guests will have to pay the difference.Once we receive the confirmation, Hostal Nancy’ policies are deemed to have been accepted by the customer.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any of the services offered on our webpage. At the moment of booking any of our services, it’s understood and agreed that the client understands and agrees the provisions in the following terms and conditions:

Reservations

If you wish to make any reservation, you should carefully read and accept the conditions which can be found  on our website and at Hostal Nancy.

To make a reservation, you need to choose the type of room as well as number of guests and check in date (if possible approximate time of arrival). Afterwards you will be able to proceed with the payment according to the method of payment chosen.

Availability and bookings are always confirmed by any of our sales executives. When the due transfer payment is received we will confirm your reservation per e-mail.

Payment Methods

The minimum age to purchase any of our services is 18 years old. Nonetheless, adults can make reservations including underage guests.

Cancellation of Servicies

Customers may always cancel a reservation if done prior to the cut-off time, explained in the cancellation and rescheduling policy, which customers can find on our website.

Under article 3º bis, letter b in the Law No 19496, Hostal Nancy declares that, as a company’s policy, no changes or refunds will be considered unless the modifications or cancellations are in accordance with the cancellation and reschedule policy for each activity.

In the event of a cancellation or change of the service, if this is done prior to the cut-off time, as provided in the cancellation policy, Hostal Nancy will refund the total amount of the reservation (except for a 5% which will be charged for administrative costs)

Customers may cancel a reservation, only by contacting us at the e-mail address: nancy@nataleslodge.cl. Otherwise, the cancellation will not be considered.

Hostal Nancy may cancel a reservation for personal reasons or due to force majeure. In such cases, Hostal Nancy will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone to inform about the cancellation and either reschedule or cancel it.

If applicable, a refund will be made by bank transfer or credit note, depending on the form of payment used to pay, and within 96 hours.

Registered office – Place of jurisdiction

For the purposes of this contract, our registered offices of the company shall be situated in the city of Puerto Natales, Region of Magallanes, Chile. Any dispute that may arise between the Parties regarding the validity formation, performance, execution or termination of his contract shall be exclusively referrer to the territorial jurisdiction of the Court of Puerto Natales, región of Magallanes, Chile.
